Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase from OnPointSurveillance.com. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to OnPoint Surveillance within 30 days of purchase date subject to conditions below.

*Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise, verified by delivery confirmation from carrier.


Refunds & Credits

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of purchase.



If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed.



Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, OnPoint Surveillance reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.

  • All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including the UPC code being intact) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals,and accessories.
  • OnPoint Surveillance is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • OnPoint Surveillance is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
  • If product return is due to a change in mind or the buyer no longer wants the item, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If this is the case, we will deduct the cost of the return label from your refund, that way you get to use our shipping discounts to cut costs for you. All returns are tested and inspected upon receipt.
  • Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model


No Return/Exchange on the following:

  • OnPoint Surveillance Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash.


Price Change/Adjustment Policy:

If item was purchased within the last 15 days, and you see the price advertised as lower on the website, contact us and we will give you a refund for the difference.


Exclusions and limitations apply:

Items purchased through Amazon and Ebay are not eligible for the price change/adjustment policy, and cannot be matched to the website pricing, due to fees charged by those marketplaces. We will always try to have lower prices on our website than on Ebay and Amazon, so keep that in mind while shopping. Additionally, closeout and clearance items are not eligible for price adjustments.
