All items sold by OnPoint Surveillance are warranted solely by the manufacturer/distributor. Upon receipt of your purchase, all items need to be registered with OnPoint Surveillance by going to the “Register your Product” page. If you happen to receive a defective item, please submit a warranty ticket HERE, and we will get back to you if more information is needed to process your warranty claim. All items needing repair will be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service upon authorization from OnPoint Surveillance. OnPoint Surveillance is not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service.
THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY ITEM SOLD BY ONPOINT SURVEILLANCE.
OnPoint Surveillance will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. OnPoint Surveillance’s liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.
In most cases, the manufacturer will pay for return shipping of defective items within a certain time period. In some instances the manufacturer will refuse, or it is out of the initial time period that they provide that service, the responsibility then falls upon the end buyer/purchaser.
